The 43-year-old showed her fans her growth in an Instagram photo that highlighted the difference in color between her roots and her blonde hair.
She then revealed her favorite product for hiding gray hair: L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch.
“The only thing that keeps me from getting through my hair appointments these days! So many grey hairs!!! I don’t have any sponsors, it’s just my salvation,” she said.
She then shared a selfie of her styled hair after covering her grey roots and tagged her hairdresser.
“Please remove the roots,” he wrote.
Carrie’s hair stunt comes after she surprised fans with an exciting social media post last week.
The radio star took to Instagram on Friday to share the results of a homemade bread recipe, which had been provided to her by her former Project co-star Kate Langbroek.

“This is my first time making bread. The kids devoured the bread in one sitting. Easiest recipe I’ve ever tried,” she wrote in the caption, before thanking Langbroek.
“Literally no-knead! Look up Jim Lahey’s book, Easy No-Knead Artisan Bread,” she helpfully added.
Fans were thrilled with the comments on the post, with one saying: “I can surprise my family too!” once I follow the recipe.
