The radio duo, who host the Hit Network’s Carrie & Tommy, took to Instagram on Tuesday to celebrate their radio show going number one.

Carrie, 43, and Tommy, 39, stood between an inflatable number one to announce they had landed the top spot on Australian radio in the 3-6pm slot.

“Thank you again to all of our beautiful listeners,” they wrote in the caption of the image.

Reaching the number one spot this month marks the couple’s fourth consecutive ratings win – the best result Hit Network has received for its Drive show since 2018.

Carrie and Tommy currently has an 11.1 per cent market share across Australia, with an 11.7 per cent share in Melbourne and 17 per cent in Brisbane.

The duo have also been nominated for two Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRA).

The nominations they received include ‘Best On-Air Crew’ and ‘Best Comedy Segment’ and the results will be announced in October.

The show’s successful year comes amid rumors that the blonde bombshell is dating Tommy after her… she separated from her husband Chris Walker.

Carrie split from her partner of eleven years early last year, while Tommy was reportedly single following his split from girlfriend Natalie Kyriacou in 2021.

Carrie announced their split in an Instagram post in January 2022, saying the couple were focused on co-parenting their three children, Ollie, 16, Evie, eight, and Adelaide, five.

“It is with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,” she wrote.

‘While this is a difficult time, our focus is on raising, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything we have.

“They are doing very well. We will not make any further comments.”

Tommy rushed to Carrie’s side the moment she confirmed their breakup, leading insiders to speculate that their friendship could evolve into something more.
