Kathy posted the scathing message about Valentine’s Day on the holiday, which is meant to celebrate love and romance.

Kathy filed for divorce from her husband Randy Bick, 45, in December after nearly four years of marriage.

The star filed paperwork in Los Angeles County, with the separation date listed as December 22.

Kathy cited irreconcilable divorces as the reason for the separation and highlighted the current prenuptial agreement signed on December 23, 2019.

They married on New Year’s Day 2020.

Griffin has asked the court to enforce the prenuptial agreement and end his ability to award alimony to either party, according to People.

When news of their split circulated online, she issued a statement on X, formerly Twitter, writing: ‘Well… shit. This sucks.’

Griffin and Bick had a long road to the altar, dating for seven years from 2011 until briefly bringing the curtain down on their romance in 2018.

“God help me, but I’ll be one of those people who announce a breakup,” he tweeted at the time. “It’s not bitter and I will always adore it.”

During their first seven-year stint as a couple, Griffin saw her career implode in early 2017 due to a viral image of her holding a doll with the severed head of Donald Trump, who was then the newly inaugurated president of the United States.

According to Griffin, the scandal also affected Bick’s personal life because his family supported the president.

“My boyfriend, who I live with and he’s also my tour manager, you know, his family fights with him now… they’re Trumpers,” Griffin said.

She told Entertainment Tonight years later that she and Bick “took a little break” for four months at the time of the controversy.

‘And now, we’ve just made the decision that we’ve really been through a lot together. We’ve been together for over eight years,’ she reflected in 2019.

“Even though he’s 19 years younger, we both looked at each other and realized this is the longest relationship for both of us, you know? We should fight for it and make it work. And you know, it was one of those things where there was a lot of pressure.

After their brief separation in 2018, they got back together in 2019 and were married by Lily Tomlin on New Year’s Day 2020.

‘Randy and I are making some sort of toy rings for the ceremony because neither of us like to wear rings ever. So we’ll never wear rings,” she told People. ‘Deal with it.’

She also forgo a traditional wedding dress and opted for the same dress she wore when she and Bick went on their first date.

Two months later, Bick watched Griffin go through another period of personal turmoil when his beloved mother Maggie died at the age of 99.

Over the years, Griffin and Bick’s relationship occasionally drew ridicule for the fact that he is nearly two decades younger than her.

In 2016, she told People magazine: ‘Well, you know, I didn’t think it would last (because) he’s 18 years younger than me!’
