The actress said it all comes down to working out two or three times a day. “I do a 15-minute workout here and there, which is easy to do in front of the TV,” the leggy brunette told DailyMail.com.
“You can do leg lifts, lunges and crunches, just keep moving even if it’s crazy because every movement is useful.”
She also said she tries to simplify her life: “I’m aiming for simple and clean across the board for spring: clean, fresh makeup, clean, straight, simple lines for clothes. Easy going, fresh, clean, light food without heavy sauces. Simplify life. The world is complicated enough as it is. Thoughts are powerful, so keep them in mind. We are our thoughts!’
In January 2024, she told DailyMail.com about how to lose weight over Christmas.
The star said that if you really want to lose weight, you can, but you have to take into account what you consume.
Alt said protein-packed morning shakes are a great way to start the day.
‘If I load up on protein earlier in the day, I feel fuller. So when I go to festive parties in the evening, I feel less like eating.
‘Then I eat something just before I go out. Fruit usually to fill me up.
“The previous protein load fills me up, and the fruit completes me,” the Vogue cover model noted.

‘This way I don’t eat too much. Sometimes I make a fruit slush or fresh juice just before I leave.’
And she makes sure she hydrates well.
‘I drink water all evening because it fills me up and keeps me hydrated. Also, putting a lemon or lime in it makes it look like I’m drinking something, so people don’t keep trying to give me something just because I am. empty handed. Always have something in your hand,” Carol said.
And she shared an alcohol warning.
“If you must drink alcohol, use seltzer spritzers or tonic water, or just cut your alcohol with water so you get the taste but not the calories,” the pinup noted.
Then there’s the snack baking trick: If you have to snack, do it with vegetables: ‘When I go to a friend’s house, I always bring something I know I can eat.
‘So I eat with everyone – Crudité is always the perfect go-to: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers.
‘They’re tasty, you have to keep picking at them, or you can carry a small plate around while you’re chatting. You can eat it with your hands; you don’t have to use a knife and fork to hinder you,” she said.
‘Lemon, cold-pressed olive oil and salt as a dip are also healthy.
Sleeping also curbs appetite: ‘The funny thing is that I’m always hungrier when I’m tired. So taking a nap in the afternoon before heading out for your holiday parties or New Year’s Eve can help too.”

And she shared a few other tips: ‘Having a small workout every day keeps your hunger down. Never deprive yourself of anything, but strive for the healthy things. Eat a minimum amount so you can taste the flavor, but don’t eat too much.’
In November, she spoke to DailyMail.com about joining OnlyFans.
“Life is about being an outsider,” the New Yorker shared with DailyMail.com.
“Life experience is a powerful tool when channeled properly,” added the leggy model, who was the first brunette to land on the cover of Vogue and went on to act in films like A Merry Little Christmas.
“Only Fans is the next generation of monetized content. It’s important that you own your own content. Platforms like these are the future. Always move with the times,” the star added.
‘I take risks and explore new ways to connect with the audience and fans.’
She also said that women should do what they want and not apologize for it. And don’t give up.
‘I have been rejected many times. And I found other ways to achieve my goals. People always say no first… You can’t let that slow you down,” she said.
‘The Kardashians built a global empire and charted new territory. The only limitations you have are the limitations you place on yourself. Age is not a limitation. It’s just a limitation when you look at it that way,” she added.
‘The key to life is to always live your life and explore the new and unknown. It keeps you young and it keeps you relevant.
“Take time every day to try something new – something different and without apology or self-judgment. We judge ourselves too much.’

Alt wanted to remind fans that you only have one life, so never let the opinions of others keep you from reaching your highest potential.
“Post-Covid, the world changed, but the most important lesson I have personally learned is to live every day to the fullest without seeking excuses or approval from others,” she noted.
‘Time to charter new terrain while paying close attention to our friends and neighbors
‘Sometimes people experience anxiety – depression and general apathy because they see no path to a different life, away from what society considers successful or normal – this is the reason I donate part of my income from this project to mental health health causes .’
