The 55-year-old former First Lady of France, who is married to former President Nicolas Sarkozy, looked breathtaking in a floor-length royal blue Saint Laurent gown.
Carla’s one-shoulder dress hugged her slender figure perfectly and showed off her toned arms.
She added a touch of sparkle with Chopard jewelry, which included diamond rings and a blue cuff bracelet.
The French model exuded confidence as she blew kisses for the cameras and posed from different angles.

Stepping onto the red carpet for the Firebrand premiere, Carla opted for a light makeup palette, with a hint of blush on her cheeks and a subtle pink lipstick.
In previous years, the ex-model revealed she worked out two hours a day and followed a strict regimen of elliptical, Pilates and barre exercises in order to “stay lean”.
Based on the novel Queen’s Gambit, Firebrand centers on Katherine Parr, the sixth and final wife of King Henry VIII, played by Jude Law.
Elsewhere at the festival, Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese were given a nine-minute standing ovation for their detective epic, “Killers of the Flower Moon,” on Saturday night.
It received rave reviews and it’s safe to say that the iconic director’s first-ever western will be a “triumph.”
A wide range of film critics have already given the Leonardo DiCaprio-directed film five stars across the board, with one even hailing it as the best of its genre.

Scorsese unveiled Killers of the Flower Moon at Cannes, launching a sweeping American epic about greed and exploitation on the bloody plains of an Osage Nation reservation in 1920s Oklahoma.
Scorsese’s latest film – starring DiCaprio, Lily Gladstone and Robert De Niro – is one of his most ambitious.
Adapting David Grann’s non-fiction bestseller, it spans nearly three and a half hours and cost Apple $200 million.
Addressing the crowd after the screening, he said, “We shot this a few years ago in Oklahoma. It took a while to get over it, but Apple did just fine with us.
