Carl Radke is opening up about his now ex-girlfriend Lindsay Hubbard’s explosive allegations that he relapsed into drugs.
Radke, 39, has been sober since 2020 following the loss of his brother that year, and during the Season 8 trailer, Hubbard apparently accuses him of using alcohol.
The accusations led to an explosive fight, which the seller revealed was a major factor in calling off the wedding and breaking up with Hubbard, 37.
Summer House season 8 debuted Thursday on Bravo, though fans will have to wait until later in the season to see how it all plays out.
Until then, Radke spoke about what happened in a new interview with MY!where he made it clear that he is still sober.

‘I will say that I just celebrated three years of sobriety. “Alcohol and cocaine were what brought me to my knees and I am very proud that, through one day at a time and a lot of work and great support, I am three years away from those substances,” he said.
‘That’s what was killing me and ruining my life. “I’m very proud of where I am,” Radke added.
He added that Hubbard questioning his sobriety next season was not the first time that had happened since they began dating in early 2022.
‘That was something that had happened earlier in the relationship, which is very unfortunate when you commit to a life of sobriety and want to live with purpose. “I think people will understand how difficult it can be,” she stated.
That wasn’t the only problem in their relationship, however, as Radke revealed there were other “core” issues to deal with.
‘There were fundamental things that had been happening after we got engaged. “We started couples therapy in November 2022,” she admitted.
‘I wanted to try to strengthen and improve our communication, but we also had clear differences in attachment, we have different traumas. It was important to me to really work on that,” he explained.
Radke ended up calling off the engagement just three months before the wedding, adding that she hopes fans will have more clarity about her decision as they watch season 8 of Summer House.

‘I pray there is some clarity. “I had a lot of pent-up anxiety and anticipation once the trailer came out,” Radke admitted.
“I felt like it was like a Band-Aid was being ripped off. “I’m moving forward slowly and at the end of the day, I know the reality that I experienced last summer,” she said.
“I think people will see and hopefully understand,” he said, also admitting that “it’s going to be hard” to see how this season plays out.
‘I’m probably going to see things I’m not proud of. But I also really believe that we are going to be happier and healthier in different directions,” he stated.
