She is being sued by an autograph hunter who claims he was beaten up by her security detail after the 2018 Met Gala in NYC.

But in new court documents, Cardi B denies any involvement in the incident and asks a judge to drop the lawsuit against her.

The 28-year-old rapper claims it was signature hunter Giovanni Arnold who initiated the alleged attack in May 2018. TMZ reported Thursday.

Cardi B is asking a judge to file a lawsuit against her by a signature hunter who claims he was beaten up by her security detail after the Met Gala 2018 in NYC.

The incident took place when Cardi and husband Offset left the star-studded event.

A video shot at the time shows the alleged sexual assault, and the bodak Yellow hitmaker claims in her lawsuit that Arnold can be heard on tape verbally assaulting her and Offset after they failed to get their autographs.

According to TMZ, Cardi claims that Arnold can be heard screaming, “Please beat me up. I’ll take all your money. ‘

In his lawsuit, Arnold argues that the three men who attacked him worked for Cardi, but she disputes that.

She claims the men did not work for her and that she did not instruct them to attack Arnold. She claims the signature hunter orchestrated the showdown to get money.
