She said, ‘Oh, it was so long ago. But do you remember Limp Bizkit? This guy named Fred Durst (the lead singer, now 53), he and I were like vibing…he was presenting an award and we were talking all night.

“My publicist looked at me and said, ‘Cap, it’s seven o’clock, you have a flight in an hour and a half,’ and I said, ‘Okay, Fred, see you later.’

“I got on the plane back to London and then I collapsed and then I got this text from Fred, which said, ‘I hope you don’t mind, I have your number, but I have a first class ticket to come to New York.’ Let’s eat”.

‘I was like “So what? Are you kidding?” And you know, back then I had the mentality that I could do everything myself. I didn’t need anyone to buy me anything.

‘But still, I did it… I got on the plane and went to lunch with him and realized it wasn’t for me and then I got back on the plane and went back to London.

‘At least I definitely don’t have any ‘what if’ moments. I did quite a bit in the past.

Revealing why she was upset about the date, Caprice said: “Oh, it was a bit empty, you know, the conversation.” He’s a really nice guy. He was a super nice guy, but there just wasn’t any connection.”
