At least 11 were in the community some of the time, while the movements of the remaining cases are unclear.

Chief Minister Andrew Barr says the number of new cases is in line with the ACT’s seven-day moving average.

Less than a third of ACT residents between the ages of 16 and 39 have been fully vaccinated.

But more than 80 percent of the population aged 40 and older receive a double dose.
