The dazzling soirees take place on the grounds of a 21-acre estate in the Hamptons.
Each evening, guests will sample two new Dom Pérignon vintages before sitting down to a menu specially prepared by their chef.
The events will take place on the afternoons of July 19, 20 and 21.
Tickets are priced at $4,000 per person and gastronomic delights are served by Chef Mallmann.
