- The pop star went viral for a TikTok video in which she tried to get Leclerc’s attention
- The two met in the Ferrari paddock before the race.
- Cabello was one of several celebrities who attended the Miami Grand Prix.
Pop star Camila Cabello and F1 driver Charles Leclerc sent the internet into a frenzy after their exchange at last weekend’s Miami Grand Prix.
The 27-year-old reached out to the Ferrari star via a viral TikTok that garnered more than 25 million views. In it he tries to get Leclerc’s attention by shouting his name in an increasingly painful and fun way.
The singer’s efforts to catch the attention of the Monegasque driver, who is in a relationship with TikTok star Alexandra Saint Mleux, clearly worked, as she was photographed greeting him in the Scuderia garage before Sunday’s race.
Not only was Leclerc familiar with the former Fifth Harmony member, but he had also seen her social media post from the day before, saying, “I saw the TikTok video.”
The couple then laughed and Cabello couldn’t hide her joy at the happy conclusion of their sketch on social media.

Leclerc’s TikTok star partner, Alexandra Saint Mleux, was present at the race in Miami.
Another notable race attendee was Leclerc’s partner Saint Mleux. The host has been linked to the social media star since 2023 and the pair have been seen at several sporting events, including Wimbledon and an NBA match in November last year.
Cabello was one of many celebrities at the star-studded race last weekend. The Kansas City Chiefs duo of Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes were also spotted on the circuit.
Cabello, who suffered a wardrobe malfunction during a racy photo shoot in Los Angeles last week, showed up in Miami Gardens dressed all in black and showing off her newly bleached blonde hair. She was even seen holding the NBA’s Larry O’Brian trophy at the event.
Another pop singer, Ed Sheeran, was photographed hanging out with Leclerc in the Ferrari paddock.
“Legend,” Leclerc shared as the title of his post of him and the singer, who was celebrating Ipswich’s promotion to the English Premier League by wearing a team jersey on race day, the X.

Unfortunately for Leclerc, his pre-race brush with the stars did not help him in his quest for a first victory this season, although he was able to secure a place on the podium.
The Ferrari star, who will be joined by Lewis Hamilton at the manufacturer next season, finished behind Lando Norris and Max Verstappen to move within five points of Sergio Perez in the Drivers’ Championship.
