Cameron Diaz is seen filming Netflix’s Back In Action with two different body pairs for her costar Jamie Foxx, who is hospitalized and undergoing medical tests.
One week after the Oscar winner, 55, suffered ‘medical complications’ on April 11 in Atlanta, Georgia, the 50-year-old Charlie’s Angels star has continued filming scenes for the upcoming action comedy, set for release in early Year 2024.
While the actor was unable to film with Foxx while he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness, she appeared to be in high spirits while posing for the cameras with one of the backup actors.
Monday was her first day on set since Fox was taken to the hospital following his medical emergency.
In a statement on Instagram Friday, his daughter, Corinne Fox, confirmed that her father is currently receiving “great care” and is “already on the road to recovery.”

While filming Back In Action, Diaz wore casual clothes before filming began, with a loose-fitting black sweatshirt that flattered her ornate frame.
She wore matching black leggings, and added some color to her look with a pair of pale pink rimmed glasses.
She appeared to go makeup-free before fitting in on the scene, and wore her long, shoulder-length blonde hair in a messy style.
The Mask star was seen chatting with one of her co-stars, young actress McKenna Roberts, as she appears to be checking out scripts.
The two actresses even share a sweet hug.
Although Jamie was not available for filming due to his ongoing medical conditions, he was temporarily replaced by the body double.
Two different men appeared standing by, both dressed in matching outfits with a gray jacket, burgundy shirt, dark jeans, and white sneakers.
They also wore their hair short while playing sports to match Jimmy.

Moving on: One week after the Oscar winner, 55, suffered ‘medical complications’ on April 11 in Atlanta, Georgia, the 50-year-old Charlie’s Angels star has continued filming scenes for the upcoming comedy, set to premiere in early 2024 releases

While the actor was unable to film with Foxx while he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness, she appeared to be in high spirits while posing for the cameras with one of the backup actors.
One of the men is seen rehearsing a fight scene on the set, which appeared to occupy a large parking lot.
Another body double was used when Cameron filmed a night scene outside of what looked like a nightclub named The Level.
A group of extras in bright outfits are seen lining the front of the set.
Cameron changed into a white T-shirt and jeans while wearing her hair in a ponytail.
She had a worried expression on her face and looked angry as she followed the double body between a pair of cars parked in front of the group.

Getting treatment: While the actor wasn’t able to pose with Foxx (pictured earlier this month) while he was receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness, she appeared to be in high spirits while posing for the cameras with one of the actor’s poses.
Last week, sources confirmed to TMZ that Foxx’s unnamed condition was serious enough to require him to go to the hospital.
Limited details have been shared and it’s not clear what symptoms the comedian may have been experiencing.
On Friday, CNN reported that tests were being carried out to determine what led to his health scare and that the actor was under observation in the hospital.
“They are running tests and still trying to figure out exactly what happened,” said one insider.
Although his condition has improved, there is no word yet on when he will leave the hospital or return to imaging.
The film, which also features Glenn Close, has been marketed as a return to acting for Diaz, whom he helped lure out of retirement, even though she plans to retire permanently after a series of on-set disasters.
The treatment in the hospital was so serious that the actor’s family came from out of town to be with him.
“He’s communicating now, and that’s good news,” a source told TMZ, which may indicate that he was at some point unable to communicate due to a medical emergency.
Fox shares daughter Corinne with ex-girlfriend Connie Klein. He also has a 13-year-old daughter, Annalize, whom he shares with Christine Grannis.
Filming his latest movie in Atlanta appears to have been a surprisingly grueling ordeal for the Baby Driver actor, as well as his co-stars.

Healing: Her dad, Corinne Foxx, confirmed in a statement via Instagram on Friday that her father is currently receiving “great care” and is “already on his way to recovery.”
It was reported last month that Foxx “had an absolute meltdown” while filming the movie in the UK, which resulted in multiple people being shot.
He reportedly fired an executive producer from the project, along with two directors and even his own chauffeur.
According to The Sun, a staff member has been sacked in connection with an apparent scam of gaining access to £33,000 in cash from the actor, which was said to relate to the sale of a Rolex watch.
There was even more drama when it was revealed that production had been paused last month after an unexploded World War II-era bomb was discovered on the film’s London set, before two key action scenes could be shot.
