A California man has been arrested after police found guns, bullets marked ‘Cop Killer’ and a racist manifesto in his pickup truck.

Wesley Charles Martines, 32, was taken into custody Tuesday night in the Campbell neighborhood of San Jose after police received reports that he was snooping in a parking lot.

A business owner called 911 after seeing a suspicious man on surveillance cameras looking inside cars and a nearby warehouse.

When police arrested Martines a short time later, they found a stash of weapons in his truck.

Among the weapons were two AR-style rifles, a Glock 9mm pistol, throwing knives, and a pipe bomb filled with pellets but no explosive materials inside.

They also found ammunition inscribed with phrases like “Cop Killer,” “To a Grim Reaper’s Widow,” and “A Good Start.”
