Caitlyn Jenner has released her first campaign video as part of her bid to become the next California governor, taking incentives on “ career politicians ” Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi.
Jenner, 71, wants to become California’s next governor in an anticipated recall election that will likely take place later this year, but has not yet been named.
Her platform ends strict lockdown measures imposed by Governor Gavin Newsom and prioritizes corporations.
She has not yet clarified whether she is active as a Republican or a Democrat. She voted Republican for years, but withdrew her support of Donald Trump in the 2020 election because of his stance on transgender issues.
Jenner’s first big interview is Wednesday night with FOX’s Sean Hannity.
The campaign video is like a trailer for a Hollywood movie.
It features footage of Caitlyn when she was Bruce Jenner, winning gold for Team USA at the 1976 Olympics and later at the 2015 ESPY awards, days after she revealed she was transitioning to becoming a woman.
It also uses footage of Newsom having dinner with friends at an upscale California restaurant when socializing was prohibited, and Nancy Pelosi secretly getting her hair done when the salons closed.

Governor Gavin Newsom. Caitlyn calls him a ‘career politician’ and ‘elitist’
Jenner used footage of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi ignoring COVID rules to get her hair done in September
She also used footage of Gavin Newsom eating with friends in November, telling Californians to stay home and not socialize, to paint them as hypocrites.
Caitlyn said in the video that it is time to reopen schools and businesses after a year of hard lockdown
Jenner also used photos of homeless Californians and begging people in her ad
Caitlyn is telling everywhere, calling for the restoration of the ‘California dream’ and an end to elitism.
She says, “I’ve always been a dreamer
California was once the envy of the world. We had what everyone wanted.
The American Dream grew up here. But career politicians and their policies have destroyed that dream. it is locked up, closed, shuttered, left in the dark, burned down.
‘The government is now involved in every part of our lives. They have taken our money, our jobs and our freedom.
California needs a disruptor. A compassionate disruptor.
‘I came here 48 years ago with a dream of becoming the best athlete in the world. Now I am in a different kind of race. Perhaps my most important one yet – to save California.

‘I want to carry the torch for the parents who had to find a balance between work and their child’s education. For entrepreneurs forced to close. For pastors who couldn’t be with their congregation.
‘For the family who lost their home in a fire.
‘For a whole generation of students who have lost a year of education. The past year has redefined career politicians as elitists and the people of California as the warriors, the kings and the angels.
‘We are never friendly to glass ceilings here. Instead, we destroy them. We are the pioneers, the innovators. California faces major hurdles. Now we need leaders who are not afraid to leap to new heights.
Jenner also used footage of the Paradise fire that destroyed the city in 2018. It was the deadliest wildfire in California history and was due to the power line of the electric utility PG&E.
‘Who are not afraid to challenge and change the status quo.
‘As long as we do it together. California. It’s time to reopen our schools, reopen our businesses, reopen the Golden Gate.
“I don’t care if you’re a Republican or a Democrat. I want to be governor for all Californians. To reclaim our true identity. To return the gold to the gold state.
‘Now is the time to reach that top. To be the shining city on the hill. Together we will restore and renew the California dream.
It’s about what happens from here – it’s not just about one person. It’s about all of us. ‘
Earlier this week, Jenner sparked controversy by saying she doesn’t think it’s fair for transgender women born as men to participate in female sports.
‘This is a matter of fairness, which is why I oppose biological boys who do trans sports in girls’ sports at school.
“It’s just not fair and we have to protect girls’ sport in our schools,” she said.
She later doubled up on Twitter saying, ‘I’m sure where I stand. It’s a matter of fairness and we need to protect girls’ sport in our schools. ‘
