Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark revealed her feelings about teaming up with Angel Reese for this summer’s WNBA All-Star game.

Clark and Reese will be on ‘Team WNBA’ as they prepare to play the U.S. Olympic team on July 20.

“I know people are going to be really excited about this, but I hope it doesn’t take away from everyone else,” Clark told reporters of his All-Star nomination along with Reese.

“This is a huge achievement for everyone on Team USA and in the WNBA. They all deserve equal recognition.

“I don’t want that to take away from any of that and just be the focus of All-Star weekend because that’s not fair to them.”

While Clark has been named to the All-Star team, it’s unclear exactly how many of the All-Star weekend festivities she will participate in.

“It remains to be seen, we’ll see,” Clark said when asked if he would consider entering the 3-point contest. “I haven’t decided yet… I can’t give you all the answers today.”

In addition to the All-Star Game and the 3-point competition, there will also be a skills competition.

Clark was the player who received the most votes from fans, with more than 700,000 votes cast on her behalf. Indiana teammate Aliyah Boston came in second with more than 618,000 votes.

Rounding out the top five were A’ja Wilson and Breanna Stewart, who will play on Team USA, in addition to Reese.
