Australians have gone wild after hearing rumors about a new block of Cadbury chocolate – and the never-before-seen flavor has already been dubbed “delight of the year”.
The new Dairy Milk mud cake block is expected to hit supermarkets in July and will sell for $6.
Foodie’s Facebook page, The Grocery Geek AU, shared the exciting news and many raved about the delicious dessert.
The block will consist of a mixture of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and white chocolate with a rich cocoa cream and a piece of biscuit in the centre.
‘OMG yes, this is chocolate flavored chocolate! I’m counting the days,’ one fan wrote on social media.

‘This has the potential to be the gift of the year!’ he said.
“It’s huge: Woolworths mud pie is an iconic Australian pie”.
He added: ‘Fuck the lamington, chocolate mud cake is the number one dessert we have.’ Don’t screw this up, Cadbury.
“I’ll eat ten blocks as soon as it comes out, I really want to.”

“I wonder if it’s like the Wonka landslide,” one wondered. ‘I miss that chocolate!’
“That’s Cadbury Peak, I can’t wait to try it,” said one woman. “I’m putting it on my calendar.”
Some others shared their fears.
“He had me until he said I had cookie pieces in it,” one man said.
‘Why would they put cookies in mud pie?’ asked another.
‘I just don’t understand these collaborations. If you want a mud pie, get a mud pie. If you want Cadbury, get Cadbury,’ wrote one.
