Cadbury Australia has announced the biggest ever shake-up of its popular Easter range, which will now include tasty collaborations with Pascall, Sour Patch Kids and Natural Confectionary Co.

The popular chocolatiers will also be launching a Bubbly Mint range for the first time.

Speaking to FEMAIL, a Cadbury spokesperson revealed that the popular confectionery giant would also be making efforts towards sustainability with the Easter range.

“Hollow Hunting Egg plastic boxes will move to 12- and 24-pack cartons, saving 131,000kg of plastic,” they said.

They are collaborating with another of the baking icons, including Sour Patch Kids.

“Meanwhile, plastic blister packaging and excess cardboard will also be removed from some Cadbury Easter gift boxes, saving over 200,000kg of packaging.”

Ben Wicks, vice president of marketing at Mondelez International, Cadbury’s parent company, revealed his excitement.

“This is one of the biggest and boldest packaging changes we have made to our Easter range,” he said.

“Over the last two years, we have been working hard to redesign our packaging footprint, preserve the taste and quality of our Easter products and deliver a positive change for Cadbury fans.”

The Cadbury Bubbly Mint Bunny offers an indulgent twist on classic Easter chocolate with its smooth and creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate enveloping a light, airy and bubbly mint centre.
