HOW TO MAKE TURBULENCE LESS SCARY – TAYLOR FROM VIRGIN ATLANTIC

Turbulence, as Nicky notes, “can be unsettling and scary.”

To make it less scary, Virgin Atlantic crew member Taylor said to Nicky that when it hits – “pretend you are made of jelly or immersed in jelly.”

She adds: ‘(And) move around in your seat like a little jellyfish.’

Nicky tells MailOnline Travel: ‘Having tried this hack myself, I highly recommend it to anyone who is afraid of turbulence.’

FIGHTING DROUGHT – ABISHEK FROM AIR INDIA

Abishek from Air India shares some good advice with Nicky To avoid feeling dry in the air, place a water bottle with small holes in the cap next to you while you sleep.

He reveals: “I used to get nosebleeds after sleeping for a few hours. But someone taught me how to use a bottle with a hole in the cap. I fill it with water and keep it right next to me while I sleep. So that even in the event of turbulence, it does not spread.

Nicky adds that while Abishek uses this hack to keep his crib humidified, “you can try this in any dry environment.”

TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN – LUKE FROM VIRGIN ATLANTIC
