Burwood train station: Watch the shocking moment girls as young as ELEVEN allegedly ambush two women at a busy train station in Sydney

Disturbing footage has emerged of a group of girls, one as young as 11, allegedly attacking two women on a busy train platform, forcing shocked witnesses to intervene.

Four girls aged between 11 and 15 have been charged over the wild melee at Burwood station in Sydney’s inner west on Saturday night.

In a video of the wild melee posted to Instagram and Reddit, the four girls were captured allegedly punching, grabbing and pulling the hair of two women.

One woman was allegedly beaten by three girls while the other had her scarf torn off while she was dragging one of them.

One fell to the ground and screamed when a girl tried to drag her across the platform by her hair.

In a video posted to Instagram and then widely seen on Reddit, a group of girls can be seen fighting and screaming at Burwood station in Sydney’s inner west.

At one point in the footage, four girls are seen allegedly hitting, grabbing and pulling the hair of several women, causing one of them to fall to the ground.

A man is seen entering the melee and attempts to separate the group, shouting “Easy, girl.”

One of the victims approached a station employee, who attempted to verbally intervene, as the girls allegedly continued to grab the other woman while verbally abusing her.

Other passengers also stepped forward to help prevent the incident from getting even worse.

It is unknown what caused the ugly melee.

A New South Wales Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia that emergency services had been called to the station at around 9pm, in response to reports of a fight.

“Upon arrival, officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command were told that three women (aged 27, 27 and 44) ​​and a 27-year-old man had been assaulted by a group of girls,” they said. .

‘Police arrested four girls at the scene and they were taken to Burwood police station.

Three girls aged 11, 12 and 14 were charged with two counts of common assault, while a 15-year-old girl was charged with four counts of common assault.

The four girls were granted bail.

All are due to appear in juvenile court at the end of February.

Transport for NSW says it is aware of the incident and is assisting police with the investigation.

Four girls between the ages of 11 and 15 have since been charged over the alleged incident.
