Burnley winger Dwight McNeil insists he is fully focused on Burnley despite interest from Manchester United and Juventus. 

The 19-year-old has impressed for Burnley in the Premier League under Sean Dyche and it has led to him attracting interest from leading sides across Europe.

Serie A champions Juventus are among those interested, while United – who just five years after releasing him from their academy – are also keeping close tabs on him.

But speaking about the links, McNeil – who Burnley value at £35million – insists he is not listening to the ‘outside noise’. 

When quizzed about the interest, McNeil replied: ‘The gaffer [Sean Dyche] just calls it “outside noise”.

‘I’ve got to focus on my football and if that comes around it comes around in time. The lads here and the gaffer try to keep me level-headed and help me keep my feet on the ground.
