Meanwhile, the agents involved in the sale remain silent on negotiations with potential buyers.

Buddy, 37, and Jesinta, 32, broke the record for the price of a property purchased in the picturesque hinterland area when they bought the mansion two years ago.
Designed by award-winning architects Reece Keil, the grand property attracted immense interest since it first came on the market in 2022, becoming the most viewed property on Realestate.com.au at the time.
Franklin’s decision to sell comes after reports that they are considering a move to the countryside.
Jesinta has been on the move for some time, leaving Sydney for the Gold Coast following the retirement of her AFL footballer husband Buddy in 2023.

“We’re actually thinking about selling and buying a farm now, so yeah, we’ll see how that goes,” Jesinta recently told The Morning Show.
Although she said: “We love it. We absolutely love it” when it comes to the Gold Coast, the mother of two would rather head to the country.
“That might be the next thing we talk about next time I’m here. We love the idea of being on land, growing our own food, having horses, a couple of Highland cows, we’d love that,” he said.
Jesinta has been enjoying time alone with her husband and children, daughter Tullulah, three, and son Rocky, two.
“We spend a lot of quality time together and always make sure to watch Swannies and Hawks games,” Jesinta said.
The couple sold their luxury apartment in Sydney’s eastern suburbs for $5 million to complete their move to the Gold Coast.
The power couple purchased the prestigious property, located in The Carlisle apartment complex, in 2020 for $5 million.
