Bryson DeChambeau has pulled off an incredible golf performance after just over two weeks of trying.
The 31-year-old is a two-time US Open champion but took on a new challenge to test his golf skills on November 13 – by attempting a hole-in-one above his country house.
And on his 16th day of tryingDeChambeau finally accomplished the feat Wednesday, when he dropped the ball on his putting green at his Texas estate.
After a total of 134 attempts, the golfer was overjoyed with his performance as he threw his hat in the air and ran to the putting green to see the ball in the hole.
“Are you kidding me?” he shouted.

DeChambeau then kissed the ball and tossed it into the air in celebration.
The world number 10 had given himself one more total attempt for each day of the challenge, meaning he had 16 chances to get the hole-in-one on Wednesday.
DeChambeau needed just 14 attempts to score the shot on his final day of trying.
The challenge actually could have ended much earlier, like DeChambeau’s very first attempt 16 days ago saw his shot fall about a foot from the hole.
While some of his fans were sad to see the challenge end, they were quick to congratulate him on social media afterwards.
“Congratulations, champ. What a ride!’, someone wrote on X.
‘Holy s***, that was epic Bryson!!! Nice shot,” said another.
And a third said: ‘Much quicker than I thought.’
DeChambeau finished eighth in LIV Golf’s 2024 individual standings, and competition was set to resume in February.
