The 2024 Brownlow Medal welcomed many growing families as three pregnant AFL WAGs showed off their blossoming bellies on the red carpet on Monday.

Jules Neale, Lulu Scott-Young and Alexandra Merrett were the picture of elegance as they proudly stepped out after confirming the news of their respective arrivals into the world.

Jules, wife of Brisbane Lions co-captain Lachie Neale, looked radiant in a chic off-shoulder black dress that hugged her growing baby bump.

She was all smiles as she posed alongside the 31-year-old Fremantle football star, who took home the prestigious Brownlow Medal at last year’s ceremony.

Jules, who is expecting her second child with Lachie, accessorised her chic ensemble with silver drop earrings and a discreet silver bracelet.

Meanwhile, Lachie cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo as he wrapped his arm around Jules, with the pair looking as loved up as ever.

The couple, who already share a daughter, Piper, three, confirmed in June that they were expecting their second child, a boy.

Since welcoming their first child, Piper, in September 2021, the childhood sweethearts have been open about their struggles with conceiving.

The married couple, who met as teenagers before beginning to date about six years later, are a fixture on the Brownlow Medal red carpet every year.

This year, they were joined at the glitzy event by fellow athlete Kyle Langford and his partner Lulu Scott-Young, who is currently pregnant with their first child.

The newly engaged couple looked very happy as they walked arm in arm down the red carpet, just months after publicly sharing the news of their baby in June.

For the big night, Lulu looked incredible in a long pastel yellow dress with a daring slit that showed off her growing baby bump.

She placed her hand on her belly as she posed spectacularly for the cameras, looking all glamorous.

Essendon football star Kyle, 27, cut a dapper figure in a black tuxedo as he stood proudly alongside his pregnant partner.

The couple will welcome their first child together in November, while they are also preparing to tie the knot after getting engaged in June.

They confirmed the news of their baby and engagement in a sweet double announcement shared on Instagram at the time.
