To celebrate the Fourth of July, the 27-year-old model rocked a white halterneck minidress with a sexy cutout in the middle for the billionaire businessman’s annual star-studded bash.
This comes shortly after her romance with Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark debuted.
However, the prince did not join her at the Fanatics CEO’s mansion; instead, she was seen walking hand-in-hand with her younger sister, Sarah Jane Nader, 22.
Ahead of the annual A-list bash, she also attended Rubin’s pre-party soiree at his Hamptons estate alongside the likes of model Winnie Harlow, rappers French Montana and Quavo, comedian Druski and New England Patriots CEO Robert Kraft.

She paired her stunning dress with a pair of white T-strap sandals.
Her sister Sarah wore a tiny bandeau top with a tight long skirt held up by a thick gold chain in a halter style.
She wore nude platform and sandal-style heels for her party look.
In addition to Sarah, Brooks also has two younger sisters: Mary Holland, 25, and Grace Ann, 24, who did not appear to join them in the Hamptons.
Brooks pulled her dark brown hair back into a sleek, half-up, half-down look, with loose strands of hair left to frame her face.
