The radiant mother first posted a nostalgic photo capturing her giving her then-young daughter a kiss on the cheek.
She also curated a collage that features recent snapshots of Grier intertwined with glimpses of her childhood.
‘My girl is 18 years old! I love being your mother and seeing the wonderful woman you are becoming. Happy golden birthday, Grier! I love you!’ Brooke wrote in her caption.

Brooke and Chris welcomed Grier Hammond Henchy on April 18, 2006 in Los Angeles.
