General Hospital’s character Molly Lansing-Davis is being recast for the second time, just months after original actress Haley Pullos was charged with felony DUI.
Brooke Anne Smith, 39, will now take on the role on the long-running ABC soap opera.
After her arrest in May, the role of 25-year-old Haley was first given to Holiday actress Mia Kriegel.
However, after a few weeks, Holiday was replaced by Smith, who made her debut on the show on July 19.
It is not known if Smith will take over the role permanently or if he is filling in for the time being.

Haley had originally been playing the role of Molly since 2009, prior to her DUI.
Pullos was charged with felony drink driving in connection with a near-fatal car accident in April.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney also charged her with felony driving with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .08 and misdemeanor hit and run.
The actress has pleaded not guilty with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July.
Pullos allegedly drove the wrong way on Highway 134 in Pasadena while drunk and collided head-on with another car at 60 mph.
The actress also collided with an Oldsmobile driven by a 27-year-old Fontana woman in the westbound lane moments before the horrific collision.
She was taken to the hospital where she was later arrested for drink driving and the earlier hit and run.
The other driver, Courtney Wilder, also had to be taken to the hospital in critical condition following the April 29 crash.

Wilder, 23, is also suing Pullos, saying she drove the wrong way on an off-ramp and didn’t have time to react when she saw oncoming headlights.
Wilder says she sustained lasting injuries and her car was totaled afterwards, and is suing the actress for damages.
First responders who rushed to the scene found Pullos smelling of alcohol with slurred speech and glassy eyes.
Police then searched his white 2019 Ford and found marijuana edibles and tequila miniatures.
In May, DailyMail.com spotted Pullos checking into a luxury rehab center in Malibu.
Her father took her to the $2,600 a week Residential Treatment and Detox Center.
The luxury rehab center features various alcohol and drug addiction treatments, ranging from a ten-day detox to more intensive medication-assisted treatment with a residential option for 24-hour care.
An intensive outpatient program is then offered as a transition, as well as an aftercare program for those who use the facilities.

Serious: Both Pullos and Courtney Wilder survived the collision, with the latter sustaining serious injuries.

Wilder claims in his lawsuit court documents that Pullos never should have been behind the wheel on April 29, and that he should have at least stopped driving when he was in a hit-and-run that same night.
It also alleges that Pullos punched a firefighter at the scene who was assessing his injuries and yelled, ‘This is a $400 fucking t-shirt!’
He argues that Pullos cared more about an ‘expensive shirt’ than the safety and well-being of the accident victims.
Authorities confirmed the driver of the first car suffered no serious injuries, and a police report added: “It was determined that Haley Pullos was involved in a hit-and-run traffic crash that occurred in the city of Pasadena prior to entering the wrong direction of eastbound SR-134.”
He then swerved and ended up in the eastbound lane, colliding with an oncoming Kia moving at 60 mph.
The driver of the Kia, who at the time was only identified as a 23-year-old, was seriously injured and rushed to hospital.
According to a police report, Pullos was unable to get out of her wrecked car and was also injured.
The Pasadena Fire Department had to use life jaws to remove Pullos from her vehicle before she was taken to Huntington Hospital.

Once there, it is alleged, she was aggressive and fought hospital staff, before they had to sedate her.
Pullos announced after the accident that she would be temporarily replaced in the General Hospital program.
Pullos has played Molly Lansing-Davis on the long-running show in around 500 episodes of the soap.
She also appeared in an episode of the medical drama House and was nominated for a 2015 Daytime Emmy Award for her role on General Hospital.
And she starred in the pilot episode of Dollhouse, and also starred in Ghost Whisperer as young Melinda.
In 2020, she took on the role of Bella Schmerz in The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia.
