Medina, a postal worker, flashed a law enforcement pass that claimed to be an agent and convinced the minor to enter Toyota's blue SUV, authorities say.

Then he drove her to the Hutchinson-Whitestone Motel in Pelham Bay, where he sexually abused her and then let her go.

She was then taken to a nearby hospital.

The victim was a runaway from Connecticut who according to ABC stayed in her friend's house in the Bronx.

On Tuesday, NYPD took a picture of the surveillance footage of the Medina motel in a black jacket and a beard and a cigarette in an attempt to find him.

The police said the motel manager showed a video of the girl who volunteered with him to the motel and also left together.

The manager said the defendant had paid the room and returned the room key to the reception before she left with the girl.

Cops said Medina tried to lie low after the attack and shaved his beard and left his job with the US Post Office and claimed he had a family disaster.

He turned around Thursday at the 45th Precinct police station.

Friday, when assistant prosecutor Nicole Mortorano tried to argue that his bail would be set at $ 750,000, but it did not help, because Medina shook his head.

His supervisor, girlfriend and brother were there for his appearance.

As sentenced, Medina can get 25 years in prison and be permanently mentioned in the register for sex offenders.

His lawyer Alexander Sanchez entered a non-guilty plea and pointed out his lack of a criminal record. Medina worked for decades for the postal service.

Sanchez said: "No type of medical evidence has been reported in this case and there is no type of DNA evidence reported in this case".
