Nix, whom the Broncos selected with the 12th overall pick in last year’s draft, threw for 3,775 yards with 29 touchdowns and 12 interceptions this season. He was 13 of 22 for 144 yards with a touchdown in Sunday’s loss to the Bills. He also led the team in rushing with 43 rushing yards on four carries. Although they were eliminated from the playoffs in the first round, it was the team’s first postseason appearance since reaching the Super Bowl during the 2015 campaign.
