Brittany Hockley opened up about her upcoming wedding plans with her fiancé, Swiss footballer Benjamin Siegrist, on Saturday at the ACRA Awards in Sydney.
The presenter, 36, who won Best Podcast Host for her show Life Uncut, told Daily Mail Australia that she and Ben had set a date for next year and were currently in the process of planning their great day.
‘I’ll get married next year. I’m not going to tell too many secrets yet. “My co-host, Mitch Churi, will of course be there,” Brittany began.
In fact, Mitch has a leading role in the wedding. I haven’t gotten that far yet. ‘Probably, honestly, only my dad and my sister (will give speeches).’
Brittany then said that she was currently in the process of learning to speak German so she could surprise her European fiancé on his special day.
‘Ben’s family is going to give speeches in German. It is a very multicultural wedding.”
The brunette beauty added that Ben’s European family had experienced a hilarious misunderstanding due to their strict Australian dress code.
‘There were no thongs, the shoes invited confusion! I was mortified to think that half her family thought I was referring to thongs.

Brittany showed off her slender figure at the exclusive event in a flirty minidress.
The black number featured lace detailing around the bust and super short lengths that showed off her pins.
It featured a flared skirt and spaghetti straps, with the sheer lace part showing some bust.
She posed up a storm alongside co-star Mitch Churi as they arrived at the star-studded event.
It was a winning night for the star, as Podcast Presenters of the Year were awarded to former reality stars Hockley and Laura Byrne for their series Life Uncut on ARN/iHeart, Sydney.
Bachelor star Brittany announced her engagement to Ben, 32, earlier this year.

Brittany, who previously described herself as “the perpetually single hostess,” had been dating Ben long-distance for eight months when he popped the question.

Brittany became Instagram official with Swiss goalkeeper Benjamin in January of last year.
The duo met in November 2022 on the celebrity dating app Raya.
At that time the goalkeeper’s football team, Glasgow’s Celtic FC, was playing in Australia against Sydney FC.
