Brittany Higgins was spotted in pink silk pajamas on the morning of her wedding with a $30,000 couture dress slung over her arm.
The former Liberal staffer will marry her long-term boyfriend David Sharaz in a lavish ceremony at The Valley Estate in Currumbin Valley on the Gold Coast later today.
On Saturday morning, she was seen saying goodbye to her future husband at their $260-a-night hotel before leaving to prepare for the ceremony with members of her wedding party, including her maid of honor Emma Webster.
The former Liberal staffer smiled as she walked away with a garment bag with the South Australian brand’s name, Paolo Sebastian, printed on the front.
The brand has designed outfits for the likes of Katy Perry and Kris Jenner.
Daily Mail Australia understands the couple’s wedding invitation referred to ‘The Sharaz’, but it is unclear whether Mrs Higgins will formally change her surname.
The boyfriend did not respond to questions Friday.

Mrs. Higgins and her fiancé have She has rubbed shoulders with Labor senators, former prime ministers and TV personalities since stepping into the spotlight in 2021, but it is unclear whether the wedding will be a star-studded affair.
Lisa Wilkinson was not on the guest list and rumors have circulated that Grace Tame also did not receive an invitation.
On Wednesday, Wilkinson seemed unfazed as she walked through Mosman, on Sydney’s north shore, for a coffee and some shopping in a $9,000 casual ensemble, including $1,400 Dior sandals.
The TV presenter and Ms Higgins have been close since the former employee disclosed her rape allegations in an interview with Wilkinson on the Network Ten programme, The Project, in February 2021.
After Higgins gave testimony in the Bruce Lehrmann defamation case in December, Wilkinson approached her in the courtroom and gave her a big hug.

At approximately 6.30 a.m. on Saturday, Mr. Sharaz – uUndaunted by the gray skies and impending rain surrounding the Currumbin Valley, he took to Instagram to reveal his first text interaction with his future wife in 2020.
Commenting on a photo of Ms Higgins next to the famous ‘budget tree’ in the Parliament Yard in Canberra, where she worked as a Liberal staffer, she wrote: ‘Love this photo. But especially the tree.
Ms Higgins responded with a facepalm emoji: “Rude but completely justified haha.”
He wrote: ‘To be honest. I went to show a friend what you looked like and accidentally sent it to you. Have a good night.’
She said, ‘Hahaha, that’s amazing.’
In the caption of the post, Sharaz wrote: “I accidentally sent a girl I had a crush on… a picture of herself.”
‘A few years later and we’re getting married! Romantic comedies exist.’
The wedding venue is set in nine acres of gardens and, according to The Valley Estate website, is the “epitome of luxury.”

It follows a tumultuous few years for the couple after they were thrust into the spotlight when Ms Higgins went public with her rape allegations.
She said Lehrmann raped her in Parliament when they were both junior political staffers in 2019.
He had denied it, but in April a Federal Court judge determined, on a balance of probabilities, that Higgins was raped.
On Friday, a day before Higgins married Sharaz, Lehrmann filed an appeal to overturn the sentence.
In December last year, the couple bought a castle in the south of France with the $2.4 million the Commonwealth awarded them as compensation for the way their rape allegations were handled.
They are believed to have moved permanently to get away from their celebrity status in Australia.
After the sentencing in April, Higgins posted a statement on Instagram saying she felt vindicated: “I was raped.” No trial would ever change this truth.’
“I lived with the shame, humiliation and fear of what telling my story would mean for my life and career, like so many other victim-survivors.”
