Brittany, 35, cut a casual figure during her outing with her son, opting for a sweatshirt that read “mom” and grey sweatpants.
The star’s sighting comes weeks after she filed for divorce from husband Jax Taylor and requested primary legal and physical custody of Cruz.
Last week, Jax broke his silence on his decision to file for divorce, saying it was the “right decision for his family.”

Jax, who revealed he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and also PTSD after a recent stay at a mental health facility, said his coming forward was the “right decision for his family.”
The 45-year-old Vanderpump Rules star spoke out during her When Really Hits podcast episode.
She added: “I understand why she did it. I will always love and care for Brittany. She is the mother of my beautiful son (Cruz).”
Jax and Brittany were married for five years and welcomed their son Cruz in 2021.
She joked that he would make “a great ex-husband.”

Jax continued: “It’s been a very, very tough week. Anyone who’s been through a divorce will understand how difficult it is.”
He said he wants their relationship to “stay friendly,” adding that over time “I hope we become very, very good friends one day.”
Brittany filed for divorce late last month after five years of marriage, according to legal documents seen by DailyMail.com.
She cited irreconcilable differences as her reason for ending the marriage.
Cartwright and Taylor, who tied the knot in a lavish wedding that aired on Vanderpump Rules, have one son together, three-year-old Cruz.
Brittany has requested primary legal and physical custody of the child, however, she is open to her ex being able to visit him.

Cartwright cited their separation date as January 24.
Brittany felt that filing for divorce “was something that had been brewing for a long time,” according to Of the people fountain.
The reality star knew she had to file for divorce “in the best interest of herself and her son.”

Brittany said Jax’s failure to move out showed his selfishness. Brittany said she left with her three-year-old son, Cruz, because the situation at home was toxic. Brittany said Jax would come home hungover and in the morning be “mean as a snake.”
“There’s been a lot going on between Jax and I,” Brittany said in a confessional. “We had already been having issues all summer, but once the cameras stopped rolling, things seemed to just get worse and worse.”
“About six weeks ago I split up with Jax. I moved into an Airbnb with Cruz because Jax didn’t want to leave the house,” she said at the end.
