The founder of the company, The chairman and CEO is none other than Spears’ former business representative, Lou M. Taylor, whom she accused of playing a key role in implementing the conservatorship in 2008.
Taylor also managed Combs, who she proudly confirmed was among her A-list clientele in a 2019 interview.
Taylor revealed that her working relationship with Combs dates back to the early 1990s. It is unclear whether Combs is still being represented by Tri Star.
Spears has also previously criticized Tri Star’s chief service officer Robin Greenhill, who was recently named in a civil lawsuit against Diddy by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones.

An explosive 2021 report from The New York Times She claimed that Greenhill had control of Spears’ credit cards and medications and that Tri Star had allegedly used Spears’ own money to hire a security team to monitor her during her conservatorship.
Spears referred to Greenhill as Taylor’s “weird lackey” in her 2023 memoir and accused the pair, along with her own father, Jamie Spears, of “bullying” her.

Tri Star, Taylor and Greenhill have denied the allegations and insisted that Spears’ conservatorship was proposed on “the recommendation of legal counsel, not Tri Star, and approved by the Court more than 12 years ago.”
Greenhill’s name surfaced in the press again this year after Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a $30 million lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of groping and possible drug-induced rape.
The lawsuit was filed just weeks before federal agents raided two of Combs’ homes amid a sex trafficking investigation and mounting sexual assault claims.
In the court filing, Jones claimed he was ordered to recruit prostitutes and have sex with them for the star’s pleasure, and has hundreds of hours of video documenting Combs’ “serious illegal activity.”
He then accused Greenhill of being one of several people who helped make Diddy’s alleged misconduct possible, according to The thr.
“Robin Greenhill, the accountant, (who) would handle wire transfers, funds or cash payments to sex workers,” he said in the court filing.
Combs denied all allegations of wrongdoing and filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit in August, calling it “lewd” and an attempt to “exploit” the star for money.
Weeks later, Combs was arrested on sex trafficking charges and is currently awaiting trial at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center in New York City.
Tri Star was not named in the disgraced rapper’s Sept. 17 indictment.

Combs has been accused of organizing “Freak Offs,” described as “elaborate and produced sexual performances” organized and directed by Combs while masturbating and often recording them.
His indictment said some “freak offs” lasted for days, and Combs and the victims had to receive intravenous fluids to recover from the exertion and drug use.
He pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
On Wednesday, Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilio, responded to federal agents’ claims that they seized “1,000 bottles” of baby oil and lubricant from Combs’ homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of a raid tied to an investigation into his alleged sex trafficking empire.
“I don’t think it was 1,000. I think it was a lot. There’s a Costco around the corner. I think Americans buy in bulk, as we know,” Agnifilo told The New York Post.
“And you know these are consensual adults doing what consensual adults do, you know, we can’t get so puritanical in this country that we think that somehow sex is a bad thing because if it was there wouldn’t be any more people.”

Combs’ arrest came 10 months after allegations of sexual and other abuse were leveled against the music mogul, and an announcement by prosecutors that he was being investigated for sex trafficking.
The allegations began with a lawsuit filed by Combs’ ex, Cassie Ventura, who claimed the star had beaten and raped her.
The lawsuit was settled the day after it became public, but Combs has since been dogged by other claims.
The indictment against him also alleges that he coerced and abused women for years while using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line.
It obliquely refers to an attack on his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, that was captured on video.
Prosecutors wanted him jailed. His lawyers proposed that he be released on $50 million bail and placed under house arrest with electronic monitoring. U.S. District Judge Robyn Tarnofsky sided with the government.

They said they would prove the charges with financial and travel records, electronic communications and videos of the “Freak Offs.”
In March, authorities raided Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Florida, seizing drugs, videos and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant, prosecutors said.
They said agents also seized guns and ammunition, including three AR-15s with obliterated serial numbers.
A conviction on each count would require a mandatory sentence of 15 years in prison with the possibility of life imprisonment.
