Britney was said to appear via a digital stream that day, but was in no way present at the hearing, The Blast reported, citing court documents.

The hearing was the last at her father Jamie Spears’ conservatory on Britney, a position he has been in since 2008 amid a public accumulation of personal and professional strife for the pop star.

According to court documents, Jamie and Britney’s mother Lynne were among those present on Wednesday.

In Wednesday’s proceedings, according to the outlet, Jamie successfully asked the judge to close the ongoing conservatorship to the public, a request he initially made on March 12, on the verge of the coronavirus closure.
