Britney Spears’ ex-husband Sam Ashgari has gone Instagram official with his new girlfriend Brooke Irvine.
The model, 30, shared a New Year’s post on Wednesday posting a series of loving snaps with real estate agent Brooke.
The stunning blonde, who handles real estate sales in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and the west side of Los Angeles, was first spotted with Sam in September.
Sam and Brooke looked every inch the happy couple in snaps which showed them relaxing together on a beach and sharing a late night kiss.
Brooke prefers to keep a low profile. Sam did not tag her in any of his photos and keeps his Instagram account with 400 followers private.
Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage. The divorce was officially finalized in May of last year when the couple reached an agreement.

The new romance marks a change of heart for Sam, who recently said Us weekly He was concentrating on his career.
He joked, “Right now, I’m dating a high-maintenance girl and, you know, I have to do her nails, take her to the dog park, give her good food, and buy her really nice treats.”
‘That’s what I’m focused on right now. And (a) career is something that will require 100 percent of your time, and I’m really putting all that effort and putting all my mindset into acting… (and my) career as a producer.’
She added, “It deserves that kind of work ethic, and seeing my sisters do something so incredible by pursuing their dreams inspires me.”
“Seeing them work at 100 percent makes me realize that it will take 100-something percent to achieve my goals.”
Sam emphasized: ‘My goals are always the opposite of my personality. “That’s going to take a lot of time, so I’m not really focusing on (dating) right now.”
The model previously spoke about his relationship with Britney in another interview with the publication.
He said: ‘When you are in a relationship or have some important experience in your life, you learn a lot. I only celebrate the past.
