In a statement, the Royal Gibraltar Police said Pedro Luis Garcia Vallejo, 25, from La Linea, was arrested and had his initial court hearing on Thursday.
He was remanded in custody and will appear in court again on Friday.
Vallejo has been charged with “one count of sexual activity with a child: abuse of position of trust and 10 counts of rape against a female minor,” police said. saying.
