Khloe Kardashian turns 40 in three months on June 27.

And this week, the reality TV siren reflected on ageing.

As she wished wishing her best friends — twins Malika and Khadijah Haqq — a happy 41st birthday on Instagram, she shared some thoughts about growing up as she approaches the milestone that sisters Kourtney, 44, and Kim, 43, have already crossed.

‘Growing up is really a crazy thing… when you’re younger you just want to party, be out, be seen, be in the mix. You have tons of friends, but none of them really know the real you,’ Kardashian began.

“Then you get a little older, and with each passing year you crave more and more simplicity. More peace. You crave friends that you can count on one hand. You crave to do the ‘nothingness’ with someone. The things that make you feel safe,” she added.

As she wished Malika and Khadijah Haqq a happy 41st birthday, she brought up her state of mind. ‘Growing up is really a crazy thing… when you’re younger you just want to party, be out, be seen, be in the mix. You have tons of friends, but none of them really know the real you,’ Kardashian began. “Then you get a little older, and with each passing year, you crave more and more simplicity”

She also addressed her friends Malika and Khadijah: ‘To the twins, you are my safe space. You are the ones I want to do everything and nothing with. You are the ones I have always been able to count on.

“Blessed to have had my safe space since we were young teenagers. From the moment I met you girls we just clicked. We just get each other. We became triplets and we never looked back.’

Kardashian then wrote: ‘Thank you for trusting me with everything you do. Thank you for holding my hand as we walk through life.

‘It is a privilege and an honor to have a friendship as long as we have and I cherish the years we have spent together. Ohhhhh the memories we have ♡ ohhhhhh the secrets that will die with the USA lol.

‘I know the magic that resides in your souls and I can’t wait to see you both sparkle brighter and brighter each year. This is just the beginning!!’ she continued.

‘Some people come into our lives and make it better, you two make life better. Sweeter, more memorable.

‘Thank you for never judging me when I made mistakes, for laughing until we cried, for crying until we laughed, for the sleepless nights of fun and for always being there. You both will always be my person, my ride or die, through thick and thin, till the end….. and we won’t stop!!’ Kardashian finished the long message.

The star, who seems to be getting better with age, added that she wanted: 'More peace. You crave friends that you can count on one hand. You crave to do the 'nothingness' with someone. The things that make you feel safe'

Kardashian is mother to daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, 19 months, with ex Tristan Thompson.

Last week, she was on mom duty when she took her daughter True and niece Dream Kardashian to her friend’s daughter Dove’s ballerina-themed birthday party.

True looking darling in a pair of fashionable ripped jeans with a white ringer T-shirt with the Barbie logo in pink.

The young lady also had a pink jacket, super cool pink cowboy boots and a pink purse.

The Good American founder — who recently shared that she’s selling the clothes True has outgrown — wore a pair of acid-wash jeans with a white cropped tee and a long denim duster.

Seven-year-old Dream wore a fuzzy light pink top and studded jeans with a pair of pink cat eye sunglasses as she painted a ballerina version of her aunt Khloé, 39.

The birthday was for Dove Halcro, daughter of influencer and reality TV personality and actress Natalie Halcro.

Khloé captioned the festive snaps: ‘Happy birthday sweet @dovealayah!!! We all love you so much!! @nataliehalcro you sure know how to throw a party. The details are always perfection.’

Last month, The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alumna received some flak from fans when she put some of True’s clothes up for sale on the Kardashian Closet.

She shared a photo of True on Instagram at the time and captioned it: ‘New pieces up at @kardashiankloset.’

While the site is filled with designer clothes for children, many were shocked — and annoyed — to discover that the entrepreneur also sold fast-fashion brands like Zara and Urban Outfitters.

‘Khloe posted a link to ‘Kardashian Kloset’ today on her Instagram stories and out of curiosity I clicked on it. I’m confused why this family is reselling clothes instead of donating them?’ one follower wrote on Reddit.

The person went on to say that they could ‘get behind’ the Kardashians selling their clothing if it was for a good cause, but they saw no evidence of that on the website.

‘One thing that stood out to me was this second-hand Zara children’s coat – now I know Zara is relatively cheap if you’re a Kardashian. Reselling a used coat for $50? It’s absurd to me,’ they pointed out.

Others agreed that it was ‘greedy’ to resell used children’s clothes at exorbitant prices.

“Very creepy because I feel like the only reason anyone would be willing to pay full price for a used Zara kids outfit is the fact that a Kardashian wore it,” another pointed out.

“I bet I could go to Target or look on Amazon and find the exact same jacket for $10.”

“This disgusts me,” declared another. ‘You (so) much money, you can’t just donate the clothes to people in need. They are so greedy.’
