An investigation has been launched after a man was found dead at a property in Melbourne’s south-east.
Emergency services were called to a house on Foote Street in Brighton at 8.30pm on Friday night, where they found a man with injuries.
The man underwent CPR but could not be revived and died at the scene.
He has not yet been formally identified.
A 52-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken into police custody.
He is assisting the police with their investigations.
The exact circumstances surrounding the man’s death are yet to be determined as the investigation is ongoing.
