The ‘Train Karen’ Brianna Pinnix was spotted outside her Manhattan apartment on Monday, in her first public appearance since going viral for berating drunken German tourists on the subway.
The high-flying recruitment specialist lost her job at pharmacy giant Capital Rx after footage of her shouting abuse at passengers on a New Jersey Transit train went viral.
Pinnix was seen outside her Manhattan home wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, sunglasses and Beats headphones.
She lives in Yorkville, ironically a historically German immigrant neighborhood, with many German beer halls and butcher shops.
The former pharmaceutical worker has now been accused of an additional xenophobic tirade against a Scottish boss.

During the confrontation, Pinnix, who appeared to be drunk, becomes increasingly aggressive towards the group of young travelers, questioning where they came from before shouting, “Let’s not let immigrants take over our country… how about we kill the f *** to take? out of our country.’
After her identity was revealed by DailyMail.com, Capital Rx said in a statement that the “company has a zero-tolerance policy toward prejudicial or discriminatory behavior.”
‘After investigating the circumstances, we acted immediately and dismissed the employee in question.
“The former employee’s actions and words are not representative of Capital Rx, and we sincerely apologize to those who were injured.”
In the video, which has been circulating widely on social media, the tourists appeared to take the incident in good humour, with only one getting out of his seat, appearing visibly annoyed before calmly sitting back down moments later.
It is unclear what led to the confrontation and what comments were made against Pinnix.
Pinnix declined an interview request to explain her position and provide context on the situation when contacted by DailyMail.com.
A male companion, who does not appear to be Pinnix’s British husband, attempted to diffuse the situation.

In a recent viral video, Pinnix became increasingly aggressive before shouting, “Let’s not let immigrants take over our country… how about we get the fuck out of our country.”
“Brie, don’t do this. You could be arrested,” the man pleads as he takes her arm and tries to convince her that the group of men were “having a private conversation” and not trying to start a conflict.
“Honey, I love you, but get off me,” an increasingly upset Pinnix tells the man as she continues to berate the tourists.
“Stop it now, sit down, or I’ll never talk to you again,” he threatens.
Pinnix eventually takes a seat and stands up again, much to the frustration of the male companion who tells her, “I’m an immigrant too, you know that well.”
New Jersey Transit told DailyMail.com that the company “strongly condemns this type of behavior” and that its customers are “encouraged to report these types of incidents to train crew members, or they can contact the NJ TRANSIT Police Department” .
It was later revealed that Pinnix had been charged with a second xenophobic attack after once calling her former boss a “Scottish piece of s***” and telling him she “hoped he would be deported.”
A former colleague described Pinnix as ‘aggressive’ and ‘not a good drunk’, explaining to DailyMail.com that the distasteful comments were made during a work dispute with Jack Lockerbie during a Teams call during the pandemic.
The colleague, who worked at Pinnix between 2019 and 2022, recalled that she was an “HR nightmare” that colleagues dreaded.
‘Brianna was not a good drunk, there were always tears and shouts when she drank at work events.
‘It got to the point where she was excluded from social events at work.’

The former InterQuest colleague, who did not want to be named, explained that Pinnix, 30, then made a TikTok video series about the former boss, claiming he “gaslit” her.
“None of us who worked with her are surprised by this video. There was often aggressive and angry behavior, but this time she was simply caught,” he said.
DailyMail.com contacted Lockerbie for comment on the claims but did not immediately hear back.
