The former reality star was completely unrecognizable during her first public sighting in almost a decade as she went for a walk with her dog on Monday.
The Denver native has undergone a dramatic makeover since making a name for herself as the breakout star of VH1’s top-rated reality show Rock Of Love 2 with Poison frontman Bret Michaels.
Although she was known for her long platinum blonde locks, edgy style and tattoos, the TV personality, who is a cousin of retired boxing great Oscar De La Hoya, has since removed her extensions and dyed her hair a vibrant shade of blue and purple.
Now she also walks around with a nose ring and a daisy behind her ear.
Without cameras following her since the end of her high-profile engagement to Michaels, not many people would be able to identify this Rock of Love alum.
Any idea who it could be?

It’s Daisy de la Hoya from Rock Of Love 2.
Before appearing on the dating reality show, she did backup vocals and played bass on Seraphim Shock’s album, Halloween Sex N Vegas.
From 2004 to 2006, she toured with Shock as his bassist.
In 2007, she released her first single, Heartbreaker, and a year later dropped the song Pretty Messed Up.
The following year, she landed on Rock of Love 2 after submitting a video of herself “playing acoustic guitar and singing a parody song called Rock and Roll Monkey,” according to her. IMDb.
Her success and participation, Rock of Love 2, eventually led to her launching her own spin-off, titled Daisy of Love.
According to IMDb, the series showed her as “a woman who has experienced hardship and tragedy throughout her life” and managed to “stay loyal to her fans and audiences while continuing to defy the usual reality TV logic.”
In March, she made headlines after denying stalking allegations against her by 90 Day Fiancé couple Mariah Fineman and Tom Brooks.

Brooks and Fineman filed a police report accusing De La Hoya of following Brooks around his apartment complex for weeks.
The report alleges that on one occasion De La Hoya sniffed Brooks and told him she loved him, and that on another occasion she ran after Brooks and Fineman and got into their car as they tried to leave their apartment building.
De La Hoya, however, insisted TMZ that she does not know the couple particularly well and is not in love with Brooks.
She admitted at the time that she got into their car during what she described as a mental health episode, but made it clear that she is now undergoing treatment.

In their police report, Brooks and Fineman describe an incident in January in which De La Hoya allegedly confronted Brooks in their neighborhood.
Brooks claimed that his building maintenance staff informed him that Fineman first learned who he was from watching him on 90 Day Fiancé.
During the alleged incident in January, De La Hoya allegedly approached Brooks and sniffed him while telling him she loved him.
Now De La Hoya has claimed that she was in the middle of a mental health episode during the January encounter and was under the mistaken impression that the couple were employed by Tom Cruise, whom she was in love with.
In her version of events, she expressed her love for “Tom,” but referred to Tom Cruise, not Tom Brooks, whose name she said she didn’t even know at the time.
Brooks and Fineman’s police report also states that De La Hoya followed him around the apartment complex for weeks.
According to Brooks, De La Hoya paged him at the complex and unsuccessfully asked him to join her for dinner.
The 90 Day Fiancé couple also accused De La Hoya of following them on a walk and asking Brooks to rent her a ride over and over.
