Breakfast powerhouse duo Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller celebrate 18 years together on the radio
Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller celebrated 18 years on the air together on Thursday night.
The breakfast duo, featuring WSFM’s Jonesy & Amanda, marked the milestone with a lavish ‘birthday party’ at Urban Winery at EQ Moore Park with over 150 people.
Richard Clapton and Sister2Sister performed live at the happy event as radio powerhouses reflected on their time together.
“In our time together, we have collectively had three bicycle accidents, a vasectomy and two hip replacements,” they said.
‘Beloved pets have come and gone, and children have grown. We have shared our lives, and our listeners have shared theirs.’

ARN content director Duncan Campbell said the pair are “stronger than ever” and “one of the best heritage breakfast shows in Australian radio history”.
“They are two of the nicest people to work with and have been able to constantly evolve over the years and still remain relevant to their audience,” he said.
“Congratulations to Jonesy & Amanda and their production team for achieving this incredible milestone.”

They have also taken home the coveted industry award at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRA) for Best On-Air Crew on three occasions.
The iconic couple have accomplished incredible feats during their time on radio, including setting Guinness World Records for the longest underwater broadcast and the largest yum cha.
Late last year, the close friends signed a multi-year contract with ARN to continue the network.
