A 24-year-old businesswoman promoting healthy eating has revealed exactly what foods she ate 20 pounds with, including sweet potato nachos and a banana protein smoothie.
Bree Lenehan, from Queensland, put together a list of the ingredients and meals she suggested to keep her full all day while losing weight.
“Low in calories, high volume is key,” she said inside her TikTok video.
Her list included popcorn, sweet potatoes, yogurt, smoothies, eggs, and “nutritious” bowls that can usually consist of leftover ingredients.

She suggested opting for popcorn with natural or sea salt, as it can help satisfy cravings and hunger pangs in a healthy way.
“Popcorn is low in calories and higher in volume, which means you can eat more and feel fuller,” she said.
Bree said sweet potatoes are nutrient-packed and can be turned into tasty dishes, including sweet potato pizzas, nachos, chips and mash.
‘My personal favorites are the sweet potato pizza appetizers and mini quiche boats … these are next-level, plus you can keep them in the fridge to grab on the go and they still taste great,’ she said.
Her favorite snacks include yogurt and smoothies.
“Yogurt is packed with protein that keeps you full for longer and is great for all the sweet cravings,” she explained.

Her list included sweet potato nachos, which consist of kidney beans, bell pepper, Quorn ground beef, which is meat-free, chili con carne mix, onion, and sweet potato chips
This is how you make sweet potato nachos
75 g Quorn minced meat (vegetable base)
75 g brown beans
10g chili con carne mix
10 g paprika, chopped
10 g onion, chopped
250 g sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
Olive oil spray
Cook the minced meat, beans, bell pepper and onion in a frying pan with some water until tender.
Transfer to a bowl and mix with the chili con carne spices. For the chips, spray the sweet potato slices with olive oil, add spices and bake for 20 minutes until crispy at 220C.
Serve chips with chili con carne

She said eggs are great for filling you up and are “high in protein and nutrients.”
“Plus, there are only 70 calories per egg,” she said.
Perfect for whipping up quick and easy meals, Bree said food bowls are great for using up leftovers.
“Add lots of salad and veggies for a big bowl of low-calorie treats,” she said.
Earlier this year, she shared her easy recipe for the perfect one sweet potato pizza bites without using bread.
The recipe only calls for a few ingredients and takes no more than 30 minutes to prepare from start to finish.
The simple snack idea is perfect for those looking to lose weight or include more vegetables in their daily diet, as the snacks have only 250 calories in total.

To make the healthy snack, Bree used sweet potato, cheese, tomato, basil, red onion, tomato passata sauce, and barbecue sauce – but different toppings can be used based on personal preference.
Bree preheated the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces two centimeters thick.
Then she lined an oven dish with parchment paper, sprayed olive oil and put the vegetable pieces on top.
The sweet potato was then cooked in the oven for 20 minutes.
“ While I wait, this is usually when I make the toppings, and when the sweet potato is ready I add the pizza sauce and toppings, ” she said in the video.
She then returned the snacks to the oven for five minutes to make the toppings crispy before serving.
This is how you make sweet potato snacks:
- Sweet potato
- Red onion
- Olive oil
- Passata sauce from tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- Barbecue sauce (optional)
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius
Cut the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces
Line an oven dish with parchment paper and drizzle with a thin layer of olive oil
Place the sweet potato pieces on top and season with salt and pepper
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
Prepare the topping by finely chopping the vegetables
When the sweet potato is cooked, add a teaspoon of tomato passata sauce, followed by cheese, basil tomato and onion
Return the snacks to the oven for five minutes and serve
