The 41-year-old has revealed he has lost a whopping 9kg in just 12 weeks.

Clint, who is part of the Jase and Lauren Nova 100 breakfast team, undertook a grueling training program and managed to get his weight down from 92.5kg to 83.5kg.

Posing bare-chested and wearing shorts, Clint appears to have toned his stomach, pecs and abs and shed excess fat in a stunning transformation.

The images appear in the latest edition of Men’s Health in Australia.

“I lost track of my personal time and found it difficult to manage my fitness,” Clint said in an interview with the magazine.

‘From there, I started gaining weight and before I knew it, I was 92.5kg, my highest weight of my life.’

He added that he had fallen into some bad habits that affected his mental and physical well-being.

‘My lifestyle didn’t help. Watching radio and television seven mornings a week, eating on the run and not sleeping late meant my mental health was affected too.

“But I actually hated looking at myself in the mirror… That was the catalyst for change.”

Clint lost the pounds under the supervision of personal trainer Matt Boland, who later shared a video of the radio star working out on his social media.

The Nova star’s fitness regimen included four solid workouts per week and one goal-focused workout each day.

Clint worked out with pushing, pulling, upper body, and lower body routines to lose weight and build muscle and strength.

Meanwhile, Clint said he stopped drinking alcohol and eliminated high-sugar foods from his diet while he was training.

The Channel Nine presenter added that his transformation has boosted his confidence and added that his mental health and general health have improved.

This comes after Clint was one of three new presenters confirmed for Channel Nine’s Weekend Today breakfast show earlier this year.

The network announced Jayne Azzopardi and Clint as the show’s new presenters, with Sophie Walsh taking over as news presenter and Dan Anstey as weather presenter.

Jayne, Clint and Sophie replaced veteran hosts Richard Wilkins, Belinda Russell and Charles Croucher.
