A brazen porch pirate stole a package worth thousands of dollars from the hands of a Pennsylvania homeowner — and it was all caught on a doorbell camera.
The bold move came in the Montgomery County township of Cheltenham and saw a man run down the garden path moments after making the delivery.
Just as the victim, named Henry, went out to his porch to retrieve the package, the thief could be seen running to intercept it.

The contents of the package were expensive, as it contained six iPhones.
But Henry simply didn’t stand a chance as the man simply snatched the cardboard box out of his hands and ran away.
Henry was completely blindsided by the entire incident and was shocked just as Amazon was making a second delivery last Tuesday around 3 p.m.
The delivery driver seemed completely unfazed by what had just happened before him and made no effort to chase the thief, nor did he provide any comfort to Henry despite witnessing the whole thing.
The thief ran right after making the delivery, leaving the owner no chance.
‘It was terrifying. Now, every time you open the door to make a delivery, you have to be careful,” Henry told ABC6.
Henry said he watched more surveillance video and now believes the suspect targeted this particular package and knew what was inside.
“There’s a guy coming down this block,” Henry said, describing the incident. ‘They see the FedEx, they make a U-turn and then they go up the block and they’re right in front of the FedEx.
‘There’s another guy sitting in the car waiting for him. “Once he got in the back of the car, he just flew up the street to Cheltenham Avenue,” he explained.
Local police are hoping someone can recognize the suspect who sped away in a light tan sedan with tinted windows.
Henry went out to retrieve the package, leaving him surprised.
Police are investigating possible connections to other crimes. Henry suspects the thief was specifically targeting iPhones and noticed a suspicious scam call right after the theft.
Henry said he watched more surveillance video and now believes the suspect targeted this particular package.
A second nearby delivery man, dressed in white, showed no concern and offered no help.

Henry believes the thief somehow knew about the iPhones and which package to target.
Just after the Once the delivery was made, he received a fraudulent phone call telling him to return the phones.
When he said they had been stolen, the caller hung up.
‘That’s a little strange too. They both happened at the same time,” she said.
