The Hollywood heartbreaker first raised speculation that he had hired help to make his speeches after giving a widely acclaimed address in the Golden Globes on January 5.
His humorous speech made the headlines after specifically thanking his Once Upon A Time co-star Leonard DiCaprio, before making a witty reference to the end of DiCaprio’s most famous film – Titanic.
“I would have shared it with you,” Pitt joked, referring to the end of the film where the DiCaprio’s character freezes to death in the icy water after there were not enough liferafts.
He also joked about his life in the gossip magazines and said: ‘I wanted to take my mother, but every woman I stand next to, they say I’m dating. It would just be uncomfortable! “
At the SAG Awards fourteen days later, Pitt was again in good shape when he received an award for Outstanding Performance by a male actor in a supporting role.

He then took pleasure in director Quentin Tarantino’s tendency to film the bare feet of famous actresses.
“Quentin has separated more women from their shoes than the TSA,” Pitt joked.
In the meantime, the actor succeeded in making the crowd laugh, even if he was not available to accept one prize in person.
Last week Pitt was absent from the BAFTAs where he won a gong for his role in Once Upon A Time.
Co-star Margot Robbie accepted the figurine on his behalf and read a humorous speech that would have been written by Pitt.
The timely address refers to both Brexit and Megxit and went well with the British public.
“Hey, Great Britain – I heard you just became single, welcome to the club,” Robbie read from Pitt’s note.
The actor couldn’t help but also get a joke about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who had recently fled the United Kingdom from North America.
Robbie explained: “Brad is going to call this prize” Harry “because he is very excited to take him back to the United States.”
Prince William and wife Kate Middleton cried out the joke from their seats in the theater.
