Furious boyfriend desperate for fence tips after catching ‘old pervert’ on his girlfriend sunbathing daily – prompting some very creative suggestions
- A man has asked for tips on ‘creative fencing’ for his garden
- The man lives on a low block, his neighbor looking into his space
- The neighbor continues to stare at his girlfriend
A friend has been begging for some “creative fencing tips” after catching his “creepy” neighbor on his girlfriend as she lays by the pool.
Jack, from Australia, said he caught the man who is “in his 70s” staring at his partner as she bakes in the sun “several times” and wants to block his view.
He explained that he made “strong” eye contact with the nosy neighbor to let him know he had been caught, but it didn’t work.
“He pretended to look at something in his yard, but we’ve caught him ever since,” he said.
When he “confronted him” face to face, the man simply shuffled in and complained to his son, who came out and told Jack he was “making it all up.”
Jack shared a photo of his backyard, which is built a few feet below the homes on the left side of the block.

The ‘perverted’ neighbor’s house is on the corner of his block – but overlooks the entire yard.
Jack explained that his girlfriend now feels uncomfortable going out into the garden.
“If he hears a splash or the pool gate closes, he’ll come out,” Jack said.
He explained that the “best solution” would be for another neighbor to grow a plant, blocking the “old creep’s” view, but he doesn’t feel like he can ask him to do that.
He said he had thought about using a screen to block the view, but it would only block the sun from the pool.
Jack posted his plea on Reddit and people were quick to come up with suggestions.
One of them said he could ask his neighbors to “put up a fence.”
“If you pay for it, they’re more likely to go for it and it would definitely block the guy’s view,” they said.
“Put mirrors to direct the sunlight where he is looking. Pretty hard to stare at the sun,’ said another.

Another person said Jack should film the old man if he doesn’t stop – and put up a sign that says “stop cheating on my girlfriend” in his front yard for all to see.
Others said the family should try to “scare off the creep.”
“You should go out naked, it won’t be long before he loses interest,” one person said.
“It’s time to ruin the view with a thong party for men – underwear or footwear – doesn’t really matter,” laughed another.
Some said Jack and his partner should knock on the neighbors door again, ask him to stop and explain to him that it is sexual harassment.
“If he doesn’t just film it and take it to A Current Affair,” another added.
