The Boy Swallows Universe star, 35, shared the exciting news on Instagram along with a series of loving photos with his fiancé.
In one image, Phoebe wore a white dress as she sat on Bernard’s lap and wrapped her arms around him as they shared a kiss.
Her stunning oval diamond engagement ring was on display during the intimate moment.
Phoebe also posted another photo as she gently touched Bernard’s face in a car and revealed her new ring.
‘Summer of love movie. First special photo of my friend @mark_bauch,’ he captioned the images.
His fans took to the comments to express their surprise, with one writing: ‘Are you engaged? THAT!’
