Boy George became the tenth star to confirm his participation in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here as he arrived at Brisbane Airport on Saturday.
The singer, 61, hid his recognizable face with a giant lion mask while wearing a black suit, which he worked with coordinating trainers.
Once he got Down Under, he said The sun: “I’m here to do a version of The Lion Queen,” adding that she “hopes” the mask stays in camp.

George added of hosts Ant and Dec: “I love them both.”
The Culture Club singer secured the biggest salary in the show’s history to take part.
MailOnline revealed that the Karma Chameleon hitmaker has secured a fee of almost $1 million to join, with a source saying: “It’s been a long time since we’ve had a huge global movie star on the show and it will undoubtedly attract viewers.

A Place In The Sun’s Scarlette Douglass looked in high spirits as she flashed a big smile and strolled through Brisbane Airport ahead of her stint on the ITV show.
Her arrival came shortly after Mike Tindall confirmed she would be joining after arriving in Australia.
After landing in Australia, Scarlette explained: “I’m not the best with creepy crawlies and I hear they’re super-sized here so good luck with that. I’m more of a flashy person so this would be interesting if I went camping The mirror.

She added: I’m extremely competitive and I have two older brothers so I’ve always had to fight for the limelight being the only girl. I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in.’
Scarlette continued: “I’m probably looking for love haha. I just like a good honest and reliable person, that’s it. But I heard there might be a man in the jungle with good muscles. So if I head into the jungle, I’d like to see a muscular guy. I’m looking for a Tarzan out there.’
The property expert added that while she would love to win the show, the experience is more about “making new friends” and doing things she wouldn’t normally have the chance to do.
It comes after Mike Tindall was confirmed as the latest I’m A Celebrity star.

It had been rumored for weeks that the royal and former England rugby international would be the first member of the royal family to take part in the grueling endurance show.
And now Mike, 44, is the seventh contestant to confirm his place on the show by arriving in the country, which he described as a ‘special place’ because it’s where he met his wife Zara Phillips, 41.
It has been reported that Tindall will be paid £150,000 to appear on the show.
There are four more stars left who are yet to be officially confirmed for this year’s series.

Mike was spotted arriving in Brisbane on Friday morning ahead of his upcoming stint in the jungle, as I’m A Celeb was recently confirmed to start on Sunday November 6.
Ten celebrities will enter the jungle on the first day with more expected to follow later.
Hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have also landed Down Under, marking the first time the show has returned to Australia since 2019.
Mike, who married King Charles’ niece Zara in 2011, told the Sun: ‘It’s probably one of the longest times we’ve been completely incommunicado. When you leave, you still have communication, so obviously that’s going to be the hardest part.
“You just have to get your head around what you’re doing and try to earn some stars and stuff and see where you go from there. I want to earn stars because I want to eat!
“The hanger is always going to be the biggest thing to worry about, but I also have three kids, so dealing with lack of sleep comes with the territory.”
Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner, Charlene White, Chris Moyles, Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, comedian Babatunde Aleshe and retired English star Jill Scott have also signed up to the programme.
