Perhaps the worst tackle of all came in stoppage time at the end of the match, as a Garuda Select player made an extremely late lunge into the opposition from the touchline.

The Bournemouth youngster managed to avoid a tackle but was understandably furious at the challenge, sparking another brawl between the two sides when he confronted the striker.

These moments from the match went viral on social media on Friday.

Garuda Select, who trained at Loughborough University, is a UK based academy made up of Indonesian football supporters.

Led by former Premier League stars Dennis Wise and Des Walker, the team stars in a sports documentary, “Dream Chasers: Garuda Select,” which is in the middle of its fifth season.

Some fans joked that former Premier League star Dennis Wise, who leads the Garuda Select draft, was responsible for the fiery affair after being a tough tackler during his career.

Some fans joked that Wise, who had a reputation as a solid midfielder during his playing days, was responsible for the heated affair.

“Probably Dennis Wise, a member of the coaching staff, would explain to them,” one fan tweeted.

A second fan joked, “Dennis Wise is still the coach then!”

Bournemouth’s first team is back in action this weekend, facing Fulham at the Vitality Stadium on Saturday.
