A police officer is among two people seriously injured after a shooting in South Australia.
Officers were at a property at Senior, near Bordertown, near the Victorian border, when they were “confronted by an armed suspect” at around 11.20pm on Thursday, South Australia Police said.
A shooting then took place, leaving two people injured.
An officer and another person were shot, according to initial reports.
A helicopter was dispatched to the scene.
Police said there was no other threat to the community.
