Bad look: Boohoo faces shareholder revolt over boss bonuses

Boohoo is facing a shareholder revolt over plans to pay bosses bonuses despite losses.

The fast fashion giant has come under fire after £1m payments were outlined in its annual report despite failing to meet financial targets.

Several shareholders plan to vote against proposals to give bonuses to co-founders Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane and chief executive John Lyttle at Boohoo’s annual general meeting next month.

reported the Sunday Times. It comes after Boohoo’s revenue fell 17 per cent in its last financial year and it reported a loss of almost £160m.
